The people! It’s easy to come to work because of the vision that Dr. Davis has for his clinic, but the relationships with the patients and my coworkers are my favorite.

How kind and supportive the staff really is! Not just with the patients, but behind the scenes too.

I love the environment that Prairie Health has created for its patients and staff. It’s a refreshing reminder that not all medical offices have to be the same.

What I love most is the passion every care team member shows to help our patients heal as a whole. This, followed by the drive and motivation our patients have to feel better, is so encouraging!

Everyone truly cares about who you are as a person, and it makes coming to work so much better.

Meeting new patients, and my coworkers who have all become like family to me since I reached my nine-year anniversary this past August.

PHW is the most special place I’ve ever been part of. We all share one mission: helping our patients (and each other) live happier, healthier lives through evidence-based functional medicine.

Our providers are the real deal. They care for their patients in every way, and they’re true critical thinkers who teach our whole team to think that way too, so we can use what we learn in our own lives and pass it on to our patients.

And our patients are one of a kind. They’re deeply involved in their own care, they’re brilliant, and they often teach us a thing or two!
