Membership Pricing
Straightforward monthly billing — no surprise invoices, no insurance guesswork.

Flat rate for households of 4 or more members.The family plan covers a spouse and dependents living in the same household — and your family’s membership is capped at $480 per month, no matter how many enrolled members are in your home.
Your membership covers your visits, your access to our team, and your annual wellness lab panel. Some services are offered in addition to your membership. We contract directly with patients, rather than insurance companies, so we are able to lower those costs and pass the savings directly to you.

Use your HSA for membership
As of January 1, 2026, federal law allows Health Savings Accounts to pay for Direct Primary Care membership fees. As always, consult your tax advisor to confirm your eligibility.
