Care Coordinator Team Lead

I grew up in Boise, Idaho, a place that instilled in me a love of the outdoors from an early age. I played every sport I could and, admittedly, was quite the rebel through my teenage years. Looking back, that streak probably shaped my willingness to question the status quo later in life.

At 19, I moved to Wichita, then spent some time in LA before a friend told me about an alternative healthcare clinic back in Wichita. That conversation changed everything: I moved back to work there, and it was where I first learned that the body is wired to heal when given the right conditions, a belief that's stuck with me ever since.

In 2018, I joined PHW as a Care Coordinator, drawn in by Dr. Davis's own brand of healthcare rebellion. He'd ditched the insurance model entirely so he could treat patients on their terms, not the system's. In 2022, I stepped into the Care Coordinator Lead role, a responsibility I've cherished ever since.

I love how that support is rooted in something bigger: at PHW, our providers treat the individual, not an “average population.” We use the Pillars as guidelines, and we invite a conversation that allows patients to evaluate what might actually be contributing to their symptoms: stress levels, inconsistent sleep, or their environment. We truly look at the whole picture, and I'm proud to be a part of such an incredible clinic and team.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me watching my daughter dance, cheering on my son at soccer, or out riding my bike and soaking up as much time outdoors as I can.
