New Patient Information
We are currently on a waiting list for new patients. To be added to our waiting list, please complete this online registration form and our team will reach out to you when we have new patient availability. We anticipate opening new patient availability in early 2026.
A $350 deposit is required for all new patients and will cover your first appointment and first month's membership fee. For more information regarding membership, click here.
